Everything You Need to Know for a Successful Tournament Experience
Welcome to our comprehensive guide for tournament participants. Here, you’ll find all the essential information, from event logistics and tournament specifics to participant requirements. We strive to provide you with an enjoyable experience so you can immerse yourself in the game and create lasting memories.
Event Information
Housing
Our events are not stay-to-play, meaning participants are not required to book their accommodations through the event organizers or at a designated tournament hotel. Link for Rocky Top Sports World Housing
Location
Our 2027 events are hosted at premier venues throughout Tennessee and Alabama.
Parking
There are no parking fees associated with our tournaments. If a parking attendant is collecting parking dues (perhaps for another event), inform them you are with the volleyball event to assure no parking fee will be collected.
Admissions

Food
Outside food is not permitted inside any facility. Rocky Top Sports & Morristown Landing have a full concessions cafe serving hot food.
Pets
Only service animals are permitted inside.
Seating
Personal chairs are not permitted inside the facility unless there is a medical need (please ask facility staff for assistance). Bleacher seating is provided at Rocky Top Sports World, Field of Dreams, and Morristown Landing while chair seating is available at the Omniplex.
Tournament Details
Divisions
Overview of the different competitive divisions, ensuring teams are matched with similar skill levels.
Officiating
Experienced and culturally-aware referees are essential to ensure impartial and fair officiating at each event. A head referee will be present at every event, open to addressing any questions, comments, or concerns that may arise about the officiating.
Wave Assignments
Wave assignments will be posted in a timely fashion to best assist you with your housing / travel decisions.
Schedule
Schedules will be posted the Tuesday or Wednesday prior to the event. PRO TWENTY5 uses Advanced Event Systems for scheduling. <AES>
Entry Team Fees
Each event has its own separate fee. Please see AES for an exact team cost for each event.
Refund Policy
Withdrawals submitted in writing at least 45 days before the event will receive a 100% refund of the entry fee. Withdrawals submitted between 30 and 44 days before the event will receive a 50% refund. Teams withdrawing fewer than 30 days before the event will forfeit the full entry fee. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to mmorris@protwenty5.com.
PARTICIPANT REQUIREMENTS
Uniforms
Uniforms must adhere to the requirements set by the governing authority.
Check-In
Coaches will need to check in physically (with a printed roster and contact cell) at least 1 hour prior to their first work assignment or competition time.
Roster
Directors must submit rosters online through AES and also bring printed, up-to-date rosters to check-in, as player information can change between the online submission and the tournament date. This ensures the accuracy of player ages and insurance coverage for all participants.
